Feel better!!! WATER!!! I felt terrible yesterday and drank tons of water now today is not only a new day but I feel great!

I guess we could be grateful we actually know when we are sick now. I had some pretty bad health problems that I didn't address because I just thought they were side effects of using.

Yes nat! I had this converssation just a few days ago with my friend. I never knew if I was sick bc I was constantly hung over. I blamed all my problems and aches on drinking. So it is a blessing now to know when we are actually run down!
