Nothing really... I tried to keep the ritual going with non alcoholic drinks... but now I just come home from work, take a 20 min snooze, have dinner, drink some coffee.... That's my new routine

For the first few months I drank soda but in the last year I've gone on a real health kick and have started exercising a lot (Life changing really) so now I just drink various teas (mostly green).

I love to make hot chocolate in the late evenings and top it off with some cool whip. Its delicious and helps with my sugar cravings!

Flavored Herbal tea with added green tea. I have a hole range of flavors. But my most sober time is a month. I might just drink water eventually. And camomilla is good on second days like this one

Diet Mountain Dew. I guzzle it. I drank straight Jack Daniels for 20 years and for some reason Diet Mountain Dew just hits the spot. I know it is a phase but for now it relieves my obsession for alcohol.

At the moment I have rosehip cordial with ice cold water - lovely. I love lemonade as well.
Hot drinkwise - coffee after dinner - I have started buying really good coffee.
I also love tea - green, black, herbal - I have almost made tea drinking into a hobby. I am becoming quite a Connoisseur
Before bed I have my Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime tea or Whittards Dreamtime Hot Chocolate.

Isn't ginger beer awesome! There used to be a place I went to that made there own and it was out of this world (again, to those who don't know of it, it is non-alcoholic).

Green tea is my favourite. Other than that, regular tea. I discovered that coffee is not a good drink for me as I start to "binge" on it and get way to wound up. Other than that, lots of grapefruit juice or vegetable juice that I make myself.

Lickily I've never had a strong sweet tooth in general, but I've def noticed after not drinking for only a week- I crave sweets in an unusual way- like the pastries at the coffee shop, or fruit juices and chocolate. Makes sense of course. Esp considering the amt of beer cals or late meals I'd been accustomed to.

Anyway, I've been allowing myself to splurge on a fatty hazelnut latte in the mornings more often, or a bottle of root beer, or a half cup of ice cream. Something that feels like a little indulgent reward everyday. Ive balanced it with extra gym time- plus not ingesting those extra empty calories I had been 5/6 days a week.

Honey and ginger tea, raspberry tea, lemonade, lemon lime and bitters all go down a treat.

Can't forget a nice coffee either!
