Being on this forum and now starting to make sound decisions about thoughts, behaviors and daily patterns are really beginning to show promise. I really like it here. Great information and there is always something to read that encourages me. Great to be alive and sober today.

Yes, reading and make some posts in the morning also helps me a lot to get through the day. I'm also glad to be sober today, and the Friday night was also very bad for me. Keep going!
