That is a great accomplishment and very inspirational, thank you for sharing!!!

I like to run and I really want to get back into it. I've had some health problems due to my miscarriage that have prevented me from being able to exercise much. But as soon as that gets better I plan to start up a running plan and weight lifting plan again, eat healthy and get into good shape and run some road races. Thank you for inspiring me even more towards this goal.

Running 5K is great as is the 109 days, and I'm not just saying that because I'm a terrible runner.

Congratulations! I highly recommend exercise to anyone quitting alcohol. 5k is an accomplishment worth feeling excited and proud about.
