Somehow made it into work this morning, and everyone here knows I had a rough night, (wonder what they are thinking I did last night). Part of me wants to spill my guts out about whats going on, and the other part of me wants to keep it a secret.
I had a very difficult time sleeping, with all the sweating, and continued nausea I was feeling. Today I am shaking a lot, and I have real dark circles under my eyes and the thought of any food just makes me sick. I have my conceling appoitment later today where I can discuss options. I think I may have to continue this detoxification process near a professional
