Oh god I know Gigi, I so do. I was actually at a friends house yesterday watching her very drunk boyfriend stumble all over the place and beg her to go to the store for more beer. It was like 4:30 in the afternoon and I felt sad for him, but I must admit I also felt so relieved that it's not my life anymore. There were many, many days when I was drunk while the sun was up and just about as many where I wished that I wasn't. I drove home sober and thanking the universe for blessing me with freedom from that life. Thanks for your kind words.
