I'm sorry to hear about your loss and to hear that this disease has claimed another wonderful life. It hits home to see that it does happen. Alcohol doesn't just make people unhappy....it kills. I'll be thinking about your family and your message today.
My dear friend I'm so sorry to hear this. I haven't logged in here for a long time, but I'm still clean. You know I'm always here for you. You are always in my thoughts and prayers. You know how to reach me if you need anything.
My heart goes out to you and your family. It makes me angry at this disease, too. I'm so glad that you're sober, though, and can be a model for others - I know your cousin would be proud of you, too. Be good to yourself during this stressful time.:ghug3
Hi Camedown,
I don't want to pry into personal details, but was your cousin an alcoholic or were drugs the problem? I am just concerned about the dangers I have put myself in with the possibility of cardiac arrest during alcohol withdrawal.

@Akasha, thanks for your message, I was just about to pm you at the other place to let you know what had happened. Please stay well dear.
Camedown, Prayers are going up for you and your family to be comforted. Another pointless tragedy. Many will benefit from your post, though - so thank you for being willing to share this with us. We love you too.
