I requested to be your friend. I am here for you. Reading a natural healing book and they say it is natural for the diarhea to clean your body of the toxins. They say to drink lots of water, bananas, apple sauce, and make sure you keep your self drinking lots of water. I wasn't able to make the na meeting today, as I still need to be near the bathroom, but will aim for tuesday night's.
