hello
Advice - be proud of yourself. You've taken a brave & bold step - you're reaching out for a better life. I wish I'd only been 34 when I quit. I went on for many more years until I had it in my system at all times. This will never happen to you - you're going to have the life you deserve.
I know how scary it is in the beginning, but as you heal you'll feel a bit better each day. Don't get discouraged - keep going - you can make it. We're all behind you and we want to help.

Excellent, Excellent....
Now on to day two!!!! You did day one; and proved to yourself that day two is entirely possible because you had a successful day one.
Don't drink....keep going.....
What did you do differently yesterday on your day one that kept you sober?
