Day 4 here and I feel your pain Dominica. I was so sick today and thought that a drink would make it all go away... It wont and I know this and it's so hard but I got through today and I know you can too!
I blog daily here to remind me and track my progress. It seems to help me a lot just to let it all out. Might be worth a try for you

3 days is seconds compared to the rest of your life. I know it feels like eternity. If you keep this up, you know at some point you'll totally forget the number of days because you're so busy enjoying your new life? Good job on the meeting, glad you're here.

Well...you are probably at day 4 or 5 now as i'm chiming in late here, the 4th & on have been my hardest & i blew it on day 6. It is not worth how sick I feel today after binging last night. Now I have to go through it again...withdrawal sucks! Keep going to AA I've found a lot of support there...one day,one hour at a time is what everyone keeps telling me, so im trying.
