Welcome to SR. Sorry you are feeling sick. I know that feeling and I try hard to NEVER EVER forget what it is like to wake up feeling that way.

Thank you God for this page. I was on here all day yesterday and now this morning.
I drank everyday (morning until I passed out) for many months. However, always drank everyday, just not all day for about 25 years.
So, I was afraid I would have all kinds of symptoms. But so far, just edgy and don't know what to do with myself. Oh, I am trying to quit smoking after 40 years too at the same time. I read somewhere that this is a good idea.
I would start a new thread, but can't figure that out. Help?
