wow thanks everyone.All of your song suggestions are going to be put on a CD and put in my car. My cravings seem to be the worst when I'm driving around because I know it's all to easy to stop and quickly pick up that bottle of wine without giving it a second thought. Thanks again everyone.

If you like hip hop eminem recovery cd is good. 1. I'm going thru changes 2. The one with Rihanna. Another one that any age can love is a pianist named sunny choi listen ton here version of eminem you can hear the pain he went through in his early years then transitions into his healing.

Love recovery by eminem. I also read his interview I'm glad public people put stuff like music their stories. U tend to think they r rich famous they have every option. But truth is them and all u guys on here help me feel empowered know if y'all can struggle n beat this so can I.
