You sound like a prime candidate for AA...It's free....You meet people just like you...Alcoholics..That don't drink...They've been where you are...They got out of it...And they want to show you how to do it...It's probably what your shrink would recommend....What's your excuse for not trying it?

Working at holiday takes a toll on one's sanity sorry.
Relapsing can happen in recovery, not 'part of recovery' is unfortunately true. Chronic relapsing wile in recovery can be hugely disappointing, I know how that can be. What I found helpful was to adjust my recovery plan to include different strategies of recovery.
SMART Recovery, CBT, DBT and anything secular that helps is my remedy.
Hang-in there (((((Suic))))) you can do this.
