I've been drinking 2 years. I tried quitting in October and lasted 5 days. What changed? I got sick of going to bed with my heart pounding worried I would die! I got sick of waking up anywhere Bw 12:30 and 3:30 nightly. I got sick of gaining weight bc I became too lazy to exercise. I got sick of waking up too hungover to fully enjoy my toddler boy. I've isolated myself and I used to be super social. I onced coached spinning and swimming. I am not done living!

When Amy Winehouse died a fire lit under me. They originally thought she died detoxing...scared the bejeezus out of me.
