Welcome! I think most of us can relate to regrettable actions while drinking.. It feels really good to always be in control of myself now. Glad you found 'us'!

Hi Jim, thank-you. I took a nap as last night wasn't the best sleeping time, and had a dream that I somehow got to the top of a ski trail without skis or a lift ticket (the lift was unmanned) and went I went to explain the lady didn't believe it was an oversight and whisked me back down.

It does seem like the sort of absent-minded thing I would do, or maybe the cat on my feet felt like ski boots to my sleeping mind. Pretty mild as far as nightmares go. Working now, ready to take 15 mins at a time if need be.

Yes, I read that, good for you! I hope the garbage truck has come so you don't have to fight against that anymore today. I'm glad you aren't having horrid withdrawals either, if it does get bad please go to the Dr.
