Hi Gal - Friday was my last day using too (alcohol), and I feeling the same as you with the emotional roller coaster. I didn't know it was possible to cry hard enough to lose my contacts and throw up involuntarily. But we can do this, let's do it together!

Hi Gal! You are doing so well! Well done! You have an amazing strength and I'm sure you can get through this.
What an achievement getting to that party too! I nearly cried when I read that my post had spurred you on (cried in a good way - although like you, I have had a couple of days where all I wanted to do was cry about anything!) I'm sure just making the effort to get there had a positive impact not only on you, but on your son too and I'm sure he loved it
