If the members gave you their numbers (and they would if they understood you are new) they did that so you can talk with them before you drink again.

Commit to doing that now. They'll help you through this time.

I'm not drinking. I'm done with that. I had my last drink Monday morning and don't want to go back. Just withdrawl symptoms

I am also a binge drinker and want/need to stop for my own good and the sake of my family. 2 full days and then the withdraws and then maybe 1/2 weeks off and the i get ichy feet and the cycle continues, I hate it and hate the person I am when i'm wrecked.

Hey all. Went to my 2nd AA meeting. This one was much harder than the first one. There were about 35-40 people and some of the stories that were told made me cry. It reminded me of myself and what I'm going through now.

Now that I've been twice, I will continue to go. I advise the same for the rest of you all.
