Today is 2 weeks sober for me and I feel like I'm gaining strength day by day. Haven't had one moment where I've even thought of having a drink. I keep replaying all the bad incidents in my head where I hurt others and so far that's kept me on the straight and narrow. I saw my ex for the first time in 6 weeks on Monday and we had a great time. She was having a horrible day and I made it better for her. She is somewhat bitter that I did not quit drinking prior to her throwing me out. She's very skeptical but misses me greatly so I think she is going to give me another chance. I'm trying to stay grounded because she is very nervous and if she changes her mind I don't want that to crush me. Thanks for all of the support!
