Welcome mpdinmd-

I too went to the ER once only to have them tell me I was fine, except for stress. Today, I believe that the anxiety was caused by the alcohol, not that alcohol helped my anxiety.

Congrats on 28 days. This is hard work but very worth it.

Have you considered a program of recovery?

recovery program

I am 29 Days sober and am on a recovery program with a substance abuse theripist and go to a group session 1once a week then solo once a week and go to 2-3 AA meetings
