how do i get into the chat room? it says 7 people in chat room but i cant figure out how to join. what time of day are the meetings?

Others would know better than me what meetings are on during the week....but the chat room is always open - look where you saw there were 7 people in the room...click on the downward right arrow and 'enter chat room'

sorry to confuse you - no you don't have to be part of any group or go to any particular meeting...chat is open to any SR member 24/7.
