Sleepy Girl!
Sleepy Girl!
Hi all, I can't seem to get enough. I slept 8hrs last night and then all day today I have wanted more. Basically since about two weeks out of my drinking I've been like this.
I am on BP meds and I'm wondering if now that I've stoped drinking (day 45) I should be on a lower dose. I've taken my BP at home a couple times. Top number normal, bottom in the 60s. I guess I'll leave that up to the professionals. All I know is I don't want to snooze at my desk! LOL
I'm also still sweating like crazy at night. Not to be gross but it's kinda bugging me. I thought this would be over by now.

Hi 1Undone!
I am day 42 today and my sleep patterns have been odd since I stopped drinking something like this:
1st week - shocking, no sleep
2nd week - dead to the world, 12 hour sleeps on weekends
3rd week - good 8 hours a night
4th week - good 8 hours a night
5th week - really bad sleep patterns, only getting 4-5 hours yet absolutely dead!
6th week - similar to 5th but easing off.
I think it's just a byproduct of adjustment, or maybe its just a normal sleep pattern - it's been so long since I didn't have alcohol induced sleep I can't remember what that is!
Congrats on staying sober though
