i have been reading that book co dependant no more but amazin as i find it have hit some kind of wall. got cold/flue and that jazz 2 - poor me ha

carried on reading my book on co dependency feeling somewhat better but trying all these new things is like re-wiring my head

think i was on a recovery purple/pink wot not cl00d yesterday and came down bang-am fine now i know what was going on
