hello everyone
Hey everybody I just recently joined the sight, Im here because I have been snorting H/oxys for about 3 years now and have hit rock bottom and really truly need/want to get clean. I have been clean since jan. 5th but everyday feel like **** at some point if not almost the whole day. Considering after tonight it wil be 20 days I thought Id be feeling a lot better already but i was wrong

Hi Harry and welcome to the forum. With any kind of addiction, it becomes what we think about and plan our lives around. It takes time to get back into mental, emotion and physical balance again. I still miss my drinking occasionally, but knew I couldn't continue to dig a deeper hole.....
I hope you'll look at the substance abuse section that was posted. We all need the understanding and support of people who have been there. Hang in there.....
