That was true for me too- about one drink setting off so many cravings. Doesn't seem possible until it happens!

thx all for the kind words and warm welcomes!! I can always take something from each post so I appreciate it. Yes, the relapse has been scary (that's a good way to put it). And it's so true that only one can bring it all back to the old ways.

I'm not saying that's the way for everyone, but it's not worth the risk involved. Looks like i'm back in the same boat of hearing my tricky little mind talk to me, saying that just a couple won't hurt anything. It shall pass - give it a week or two before the voices subside - just like last time.
