90 Days Sober
I have 10 months next week and know how you guys feel. Thanks for resurrecting the older thread as it has one of my early posts when I had less than two months and was really struggling with PAWS.
It does get better but you have to help it along by getting out there and doing things. If you have issues talk toa pastoral or well health clinic counselor if no friends and family can understand. I always found that AA and SR had all the answers I needed after detox. Now it is just here at SR. My PAWS was awful and it is just about 99% gone now.
Hang in there guys!

Congrats and stick with it. I did not and can't seem to get back there. I am beaming my goodwill to you in the hopes that you can recognize and appreciate your great achievement and journey on sober. Best to you,
Thanks Itchy, I have not done any online exchanges to date in chat rooms or online meetings. Usually because of timing and/or fear perhaps. But would be willing to give any help offers a whirl. Well day 2 here. Hoping the heatwave keeps away the urge from driving to the corner store for viciously overpriced wine!

Congrats to you Downster on your sober time
It's very encouraging to read what others are posting about the time it took for them to finally feel "good", however long it actually took them. We're all different. Hang in there, I'm sure you're going to be feeling much better eventually
