Good weekend!
Had my first sober holiday and it was a really nice Thanksgiving with my hubby and the kids.
I havent been feeling the best though. Very tired and just yucky. 24 days sober now, wish I was feeling better.

It took me about 2 months to get back in physical
and mental balance. ..
Although I could feel improvement each week
Checking with your doctor is always wise.
Good to know the holiday went well

Thanks! I did have a full physical with my doctor last week. Maybe something will come back in my blood work. Not sure.
Just feeling tired, kinda weak almost, depressed even.
Dont know if this is normal to feel like this or not, hope it passes.

Well done Carrie and I'm glad you checked in with the Dr.
I know for me that while my Dr. said everything looked ok....that it would take my body some time to readjust - basically begin functioning normal again. I had been drinking for so long that my body was adjusted to processing absurd amounts of alcohol which was throwing everything off whack.
Follow up with the Dr. and as long as you on track there just take it easy and give your body some time to adjust. Trust me.....it took me several months of sobriety before something as simple as my cycle (oh dear TMI..lol) actually got back on track.
