The good news is I have tools thanks to NA so I will stay on schedule with daily meditations and talks with my HP and one day at a time right? Take care
I'm not familiar with NA, but AA has been great for me. I really enjoy face-to-dace interaction, and talking to people before and after the meetings. And you're right on with "talks with my HP and one day at a time." That's the way I've been able to do it. Can't think too far down the road. As long as when my head hits the pillow tonight no alcohol has touched my lips, I win. And I'll try to win tomorrow as well.
