Hi Im Sharon and Im an Alcoholic.

By the grace of my HP and people
like you here in SR I havent found
it necessary to pick up a drink of
"POISON" since 8-11-90.

For that and you I am truely grateful.

Willingness......Honesty.....Open-
mindedness

or

Willingness....Openmindedness.....
and lastly for me was Honesty

It took what seems a life time to
finally understand and get that
HONESTY part.



AA taught me that willingness to
believe was enough for a beginning.

It's been true in my case, nor could
I quarrel with "restore us/me to sanity,"
for my actions drunk or sober, before
AA, were not of a sane person.


My desire to be honest with myself
made it necessary for me to realize
that my thinking was irrational.


Today that honesty has opened
doors that i could never imagined


Doors to a sober life filled with fun
and enjoyment just by taking small
baby steps a day at a time.

Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow isnt
here yet. Live in the day cause its
all we/I have.
