Day 38
Well, here I am at Day 38. Last time, I relapsed at Day 23, so I'm happy I made it past the 30-day mark. I originally planned to just quit for 30 days, but when a month came and went I still had no real desire to drink, so I've just kept going.
I've attended AA meetings on and off, but with no real regularity. I'm not really big on the whole "spiritual" aspect of the program, so when I go it's more for a social element. I don't work any steps, really, but I do see a psychiatrist and take antidepressants. I thought I'd go and pick up a 30-day chip, but I never got around to it.
My mood is fine. I feel good most of the time. Just removing hangovers made a dramatic change in how I feel on a day-to-day basis.
Anyway, just wanted to check in. I hope everyone is doing well.
