Self-Pity
I've got a bad case of it today. Feeling sad, discouraged and not a part of...
I'm going to force myself to get out and walk to the women's NA meeting to get some fresh air and exercise.

I have had years of those days but what helps me is to keep tying my shoes and grabbing my coat and bag as I have those thoughts and going straight to where I have to be. Once I am there I can't run away and I feel so much better afterwards. It boosts my self-confidence....I am going and thats that when my little brain starts the negative nonsense.

At least you are recognising that you've got it!! It's when you start becoming oblivious to it that it becomes really dangerous IMO. You know that you've got it bad so you know that you've got to do what you've got to do.

a suggestion....do something for someone else.
if i cant grab a newcomer ive recently been doing some simple stuff for older people...
checking in.......changing light bulbs......bleeding air from radiators.......
shopping......clearing snow......trying to make their house warmer through the winter....
