Hi welcome. Change a plan of attack to a plan of surrender, then you can attack.

You definetly need to have some type of plan.

Have you spoken to your doctor? Have you thought about AA? I don't go to AA, but many people here do and their experience with it seems to be very positive.

What are you going to do when you get the urge to drink? I found that I had to change my entire routine while at home.

Welcome to SR din

Some good advice here already - I always recommend people see their doctor, and do think about a face to face support group in addition to SR.

Hope to see you around some more
