yeah ok so im an alcoholic....but i have problems as big when i dont drink so i must be nuts right?.......

so i was shown the problem.......in the big book.
once i understood the problem........the rest of the book suggested a solution.

it worked/works for me..........and i aint special........plenty here embark on the same solution..
its the only experience i have vc.....
