Hello folks

Hi

Finally got my stuff together and went into detox here in Scotland - just got out on Tuesday. it's been 12 days since my last drink. I was on a ward for a whole week taking Librium and eating proper meals and getting the vitamin jabs on the butt twice a day. Now on the Campral.

Feeling fine, but smokin' like a chimney.

Anyone else from Stirlingshire?

Heya Brix!

I'm in the US, but am of Scottish ancestry. My ancestral surname seems to have some association with folks who build dry stone walls.... so you watch it with your bricks and mortar! lol

wow, been out of the hospital a week now and things are going OK. I have a good alcohol worker that keeps phoning and I'm meeting him again soon. I've had quite a bit of craving, but trying to keep going. The Campral seems to be doing okay.
