congratulations! that's wonderful that your sobriety is giving you so many opportunities. Its very inspiring.
I noticed that alot of the replies to this post were talking about lack of direction and feeling lost when drinking. I have been sober since august 5th and I'm still taking baby steps to get out of that lost and aimless feeling. I have alot of interests in things but I am still unsure of where to go with them. I hope someday soon I will be posting about my accomplishments due to sobriety.

wonderful! congrats!
as many others have said, i can also relate to the lack of direction and lost feeling that comes with drinking. it's really amazing how things just seem to fall in to place and work out in sobriety. everything may not suddenly be PERFECT, but it's certainly a lot easier...and not such an uphill battle.
congrats again!
