Where oh where are you Firestorm?
When I first joined in June, he was one of the first to respond to a post and we became friends and offered support and encouragement to each other and I really miss him and hope he is doing well.
Does anyone know what has happened to him? Before he disappeared, I know that he had a relapse, now I'm wondering awlful things. Hopefully his computer crashed.

I enjoyed his posts, too. Maybe he wasn't quite ready to commit to being here longterm, but will be back someday soon.
I have a very hard time with getting to know someone briefly, only to have them leave after a few days, or even after just a few posts. We put alot of thought into our welcoming posts, & I tend to feel like I haven't said the right thing - or haven't reached the person - when they don't come back. I need to work on that - as Dee said, it's a fact of life here.

Dear Friends,
I too miss Firestorm and hope he really does come back to us. Some folks just have an extra big impact on so many and he is surely one of those!

We spoke on the phone the day before his last post here. He was struggling with quitting and AA, but was going to talk to his doctor about rehab. His phone has since been shut off. I was hoping that all meant he went into a rehab, I miss him real bad too.

Well, I tried to be sneeky yesterday and sent him a real Email through his Profile but so far no reply. 
I sure hope he gets it though and I told him how much he is missed and that he has "his OWN special thread" and all. Hopefully he really is in a Rehab and that's why he's missing so long. Strange about the telephone though Gypsy?
