I am a new person to this and do not know what to do. Can you help me out? How does this work and how do I let me rehab place know that I have been online for support?

hi there doretta i also just joined... how are you?? as far as i can tell you just post how you are feeling if you want to and read others feelings/experiences...
you can see if you go to forums where you should post things but here is cool i think.... and people will respond to you... i'm still not 100% clear on it all, maybe someone who knows more wants to say more.

i guess you could simply tell the rehab that you have sought online support.

Welcome! I"m curious. Why do you have to let a rehab place know you've been online for support? This is a good place for support tho. Stick around. Read and ask questions. Glad you found us!:ghug3
