Asking for prayers for my daughter (pk)
I remember feeling so overwhelmed for the first few months. Being maternal did not come naturally to me at all - it was a struggle. We're not supposed to admit that, though. I'll be thinking of you Least - hope things continue to improve.
I remember vividly sitting on my bed, listening to my daughter cry, and actually planning to leave her with a note on my grand mother's doorstep before I disappeared forever. . .
let her know it is not forever, it does get better. My daughter is 21 now, and we are best of buds.

least, hugs and prayers for both you and your daughter. :ghug3
I do hope that the work she is doing is going to pay off for her. I know that being a new mom can be so incredibly overwhelming. The little ones are a lot of work.
least, just throwing it out there but have you checked out the "211" website? I see that you're in the Eastern part of the US. Even if you wanted to call them, they are great as an ear for listening to you and have tons of resources for those that are having a rough time.
Good luck to the both of you Mama!!!
