Thanks! I'm already calming down. I'm thinking a shower and a nice walk... or maybe I should hit the gym...
Still no desire to drink. Something to be thankful for. I guess I need to get support/accountability in line before I have any urges. It's a good thing! But it sucks at the moment. It can only get better.
Thanks!

I'm glad you told your therapist. What do we see them for if not to help us? And how can they help us if we don't let them know what's going on? But if your therapist is any good, then your secret may not be such a secret to her (or him). Don't be suprised if you get a "Yes, I know" or "I suspected as much". Your willingness to open up is a big step toward recovery. And please don't feel ashamed. You have a disease. That's not your fault. You're only responsible for what you do to treat this disease.

Thank you again for all of your support/encouragement towards telling my therapist. She was great, although she was surprised, which kinda surprised me...
Ah well, I'm happy tonight, feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
