Arrrgh no liscence

So my liscence has been suspended a few days now and it really sucks not being able to drive. I know there are much bigger problems than that but for me it is big since I love driving and having that ability to just jump in the car whenever and get away from the house. On the upside, I will be doing much more walking and bike riding over the next few months trying to get to meetings.

So, if getting a DUI is still one of your "yets," quit drinking/drugging now cause it just isnt worth it.

Ugh. I would feel like I died if I lost my license. Like you, I love the freedom. I am sorry it came to that for you. *hugs* I hope the suspension time passes by quickly and the memory helps you to stay sober/clean.
And great advice. When I was getting high, I didn't care. But now, it's a very scary thought to go get high, drive, and lose my license, or worse, hurt someone.. :praying

Hi Adore,

Try to use the experience in a positive say, as you said, more walking and biking and that can be so good for you.

Plus, when you get your license back, you will really appreciate it.
