Just a little bit bummed
Rebecca - your posts surprised me. I sometimes don't feel like the person you made me out to be. In fact I feel as if I have been a bit selfish lately. However I do want to thank you for your kind words, they put a smile on my face.
Least, You dont need to vacume for me. Your hugs and prayers are plenty.

I will stay close Rusty.
I'm feeling a little bummed again today, although I think I can feel my new meds beginning to work.
Cam is home again today to - I worry about him so much.

Hey S- Sorry to hear that Cam is home again. All 3 of mine are here with me today! Of course, its not serious, long range stuff, but we still worry, dont' we? I am trying to use the time constructively to consciously slow down, let the house go (even further - LOL) to he11, and enjoy being with them. Literally thanking God that there is nothing on the farm that can't wait.
Also, a couple of us are trying to get a thread started on the Women's board about working the 12 steps with a book called "A woman's way thru the 12 steps" - very cool stuff with a lot of info. and a new perspective on the steps in it. Maybe you would like to join us over there (and any other women reading thru here - sorry for the brief hijack, S!)? Since I know I am going to be in the house for another couple of days, the idea of sharing and "talking" with my sobriety sisters is something I am really looking forward to!

I'm glad you're feeling a little bit better. Something that really helped me a lot was a book by Louise Hayes "You Can Heal Your Life." It's still published and in paperback.
Laughter is the absolutely best medicine! As long as I can find something to laugh about, I know I'll be OK.
You're still on my list so know I'm thinking positive thoughts for you every night!
Much love,
Lenina
