Realtor just called and told us to get going on the inspections. It's funny, we only have 10 days to do these things yet we can't get the keys for a full trimester.

We stopped at the municipal building on the way back from the store. They're closed on Fridays 
. Trying to cut back expenses. Funny, I don't see this reflected in our taxes!
Anyway, the secretary was actually in the parking lot so she said to come back Monday when the state peeps are there, hopefully they can tell me something. I looked and I do not have any paperwork or reports about the tank removal.
If they can't help me figure it out... where do I get this mysterious paperwork?

Boyfriend works for the State (DEP) and his friend actually works for a company that does tank removal down in ummmm I want to say Howell maybe?

Yes, oil tank removal. I had mine removed about 10 years ago when the previous neighbor was selling his house. It was required for the sale and I went in since it cost half as much. I am pretty sure I'll be needing a certificate or proof that it was removed and the soil was tested and OK 
. I don't have one. And I will need it to sell this house.
Of course, if they check... they will see it's not there. That should be good enough

I'm still not real pleased with my halloween costume, with as many hedgehogs as there are in the world you would think there would be more choices!
