K- You were only off by one letter. I spelled cat with a k to be different. Hee-hee.

Scaredy, I'm so proud and happy for you. I'm about 1 week ahead of you, & I don't know about you, but I'm having less and less mood swings. I think at first I didn't really believe I'd stick with it & I was on edge. Through it all, SR has been my lifeline-don't know where I'd be without it - a place to come to where we can be ourselves and say anything we need to without being judged or condemned. That doesn't happen for me anywhere but here. Love, Joanie
