Ananda....just do what I do when my mum is coming:
Shove all dirty dishes in the oven.
Put all the laundry under the bed.
Plug the hairdryer in and whiz around the house....it doesnt get rid of the dust, but it at least re-distributes it.

I would check w the department of labor on the "review of final expenses" and the plane tix was already signed off on and approved so it should be water under the bridge.
I knew someone who overpaid commissions once and the one who was overpaid just had to work it off. I know that situation is completely different. But fair is fair.

.4:30- Leave work 15 minutes early to get service work done at AA club (empty trash cans and restock bathroom supplies)
5:10- Leave club and zip over to son's game for 30-40 minutes.
5:50- Leave son's game for 5 mile drive to daughter's field. Watch rest of her game.
7'ish- Leave daughter's game. Not a custody night for me so I can have dinner with my GF and her daughter. Sounds yummy.
OK so that's how I do it GT.

Now I'm actually quite giddy about being off for 3 days. Even if mom is coming. yes....I am obssessed with that!
I've got my Arbies sitting here to be eaten. I'm still dressed and don't plan to sleep for at least another 4 hours.
