The beach was nice. Beautiful day here in Tejas. High of 78 no clouds just beautiful.

tanho - i did a gratitude list this morn and you were on it.
yoga - thanks for all the recs! i'll get some you suggested. got a few dvds today and a book with a lot of pictures at the library. to do - learn how to use dvd machine and look at book with the remaining bag of mini snicker bars (it's a start..)
teej - paint! mr k just hired me to plaster a ceiling. my guess - he'll regret that decision.
i'm digesting job loss. it's tough. big boss has left me a few phone messages this wkend and i emailed her that unless she is reconsidering her decision or is offering a severance package or letter of rec, we're better served with written correspondence. this is about me now. and i'm not signing up for any drama.
mr k made chili dogs and bought me balloons last night. he's a keeper.

If you're near a bookstore you might pick up a copy of Yoga Journal magazine. It's around $5 and usually inspires me. Lots of info and poses to do.
Mr. K is keeper for sure!
