No oven? Gyps, you will have to cook in a pot or maybe the microwave as others have said - or just buy takeaways!!! 
Telly, I've been off coffee for a while now - I've heard people say it was hard for them to stop too, so good luck with that!!! Thankfully I was one of the lucky ones as it made me act funny and feel weird so that's why I stopped it...

Anyway, I continued shopping elsewhere, got what I needed to get.
Didn't really sink in what happened until I got back in and went over it in my head, getting pretty annoyed with myself about it.
Won't beat myself up about it any more, I don't need to shop there anyway - guess I shouldn't avoid there forever but I'm not really wanting to place myself in that situation again any time soon - I'll probably work out some kind of strategy for it, we'll see.
