day 4 was tough
just got through day four. my biggest problem is anxiety. havent thought about drinking. . . . been thinking about everything else in my life.... my mind races... cant sit still... i worked out which was good...but today was a tough day...

Dealing with Life on Life's terms as a responsible adult is always going to be an interesting experience - and you know what? It's actually fun - sober.
