to all you non-quitters out there. I'm also NOT quitting today...

Beautiful day here in the Sierras--crisp, cool, sunny. The aspens are budding, the mountain chickadee is chortling "Cheese-burger," and Lake Tahoe is shining like a sapphire. Too gorgeous to quit today.

not quitting on day 35 but am so tempted to "get numb". things here have been awful, from car problems to itching all over - from stress? or what?? But will not give in to the temptation. Just want to "not feel" anything. My feelings are so intense right now.

I had a stressful moment yesterday and thought of a drink, I prayed my stress away instead of drinking it away. I'm really happy I made the right choice yesterday. So, NO drinking Today! There is NO excuse to do that. I found a solution. Pray!
