XXXX, thought you'd find this funny. We here in the north are used to LOTS of snow, so when you guys get some, we think it's funny, cause you guys practically call a state of emergency!

And I was in T.O. years back when they got a snow storm and called in the Army! My mother in law and I laughed and laughed, thet amount of snow they got was child's play.....Poor T.O..!

Where I grew up, they used to just put plows on the front of the garbage trucks and make an extra round or two. I remember going to the convenience store on a snowmobile more than once.
I guess its simply a matter of what you get accustomed to. Where I live these days, people raid the grocery store over a thick rain.
