Skipped the warehouse club. Decided to see if I could get a library card for the teen at a different library (close to Indian take out). She goes to school in that county so it's allowed. I however, can't get one unless I pay $75 dollars and I'm not doing that. I however, can use hers till she turns 16. I went in expecting a form to fill out but in return they just went ahead and issued her the card provided she signs the form when she comes in to get some books. YIPPEE! Now why didn't we do this years ago when she first got into the middle school? Cuz I'm an idiot. Yup.

I'm all for heading that way for the weekend, too! Was just talking to a friend I have in Phoenix last night... As I'm slipping and sliding through the ice and slush of Michigan, he's *trying* to convince me it's "chilly" there... awwwwww..... fifty five degrees...
Can you tell I was conjuring up LOTS of sympathy for him?? !! NOT

i'm making these to take to a sbowl party at my neighbor's house:
FIESTA ROLLS (COURTESY MOM K, HENCE ALL THE SHOUTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
1 CARTON (8 OUNCES) CREAM CHEESE WITH CHIVES, SOFTEN
1 CARTON (8 OUNCES) SOUR CREAM
1 PACKAGE HIDDEN VALLEY FIESTA DIP MIX
1/2 CUP CHOPPED JALAPENOS
1 CUP SHREDDED MEXICAN-STYLE CHEESE
1 TEASPOON MINCED GARLIC
10 FLOUR TORTILLAS
BLEND SOUR CREAM AND DIP MIX TILL WELL BLENDED.
ADD CREAM CHEESE, JALAPENOS, CHEESE AND GARLIC TILL WELL BLENDED. SPREAD 2 TABLESPOONS OF MIXTURE ON EACH
TORTILLA. ROLL EACH TORTILLA TIGHTLY. REFRIGERATE FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR. (CAN BE MADE THE DAY BEFORE OR LONGER).
SLICE INTO 1-INCH PIECES. SERVE WITH SALSA FOR DIPPING.
