You caucus whenever you want to.
The caucus starts whenever you regain consciousness.
No you don't have to be a Newfie to caucus.
You can caucus anywhere you like. I prefer the laundry room.
The person in charge of a caucus is the one on top.

Oh and Ma.....I change my comment about my brother before....My other Ma called and my brother is very sick with pneumonia-and bronchitis! Did you go near him? LOL .....you just had pneumonia no?
